Sanbiki has always been one of my favourite restaurants to eat at. The quality of food and atmosphere always made a great dining experience and working here has proved that even more so. Sanbiki’s environment is always warm and welcoming and staffs are pleasant and friendly. I have had the opportunity to work in the kitchen and as a server and have learned about Japanese cooking and about the restaurant industry. Every day at Sanbiki is an exciting learning experience.

The best part of my working experience at Sanbiki is that I have been able to learn many kinds of Japanese foods stage by stage in organized manner. I also have loved to work at Sanbiki because of the good relationship among our co-workers.

Sanbiki’s kitchen is open kitchen, so customers are always watching us. We are trying our best culinary skills with a sense of tension. Sanbiki give us lot of motivations and support our ideas made into reality. “Olympic rolls” menu on Vancouver Olympic season was my idea. It was great joy when my idea was commercialized.
